What experience do you have in software (or other products) sales? 4 Your training needs DA provides three types of training: Basic: Ability to talk broadly about DA to gain interest so as to secure a meeting with your customer and DA staff (DA is always keen to talk with organisations about their work, and where DA can potentially help). Tools: brochures, decks, basic communications Intermediate: Ability to present DA in more detail, explain the context, story, value and case studies, and what DA can offer in terms of the platform, reporting and other services. Tools: More detailed decks, context, methodology, survey overview Advanced: Once the Partner has participated in at least three client referred meetings, with DA presenting and demonstrating the platform, the Partner may wish to become more independently able to present DA, including (but not limited to) dashboard access and skills training. Tools: access to the DA demo account once formal platform training has been completed, and further Information Security documentation has been received.
