Beltane
Also called May Day, Beltane is the Gaelic May Day festival. It is an ancient Celtic festival to mark the first day of summer in Ireland, Scotland and on the Isle of Man. Historically, it symbolises purification and is half way between the Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice.
