Christmas Eve is the day or evening before Christmas Day, this occasion is widely observed around the world as a full or partial holiday. Many varying Christian and secular cultural traditions are associated with Christmas Eve, which in some countries is traditionally the occasion for the main Christmas family meal and gift exchange.
