Homeless Persons’ Week (Australia)

This is a weeklong event to raise awareness of the effects of homelessness in Australia. Each night, there are over 116,000 people without a roof over their heads. There are National and community events to educate the community as to how they can make a difference, including providing information on the importance of housing and educating communities on how they can make a difference.
