International Family Equality Day

International Family Equality Day seeks to celebrate the diversity of family units around the world. More and more children each year are growing up in families with one or both parents identifying as LGBTQ+, and many of these “rainbow” families have different lived experiences from their counterparts. International Family Equality Day also aims to promote equality in countries where LGBTQ+ people have fewer rights.
