International Non-Binary People’s Day

International Non-Binary People’s Day is an international cultural grassroots day, initially celebrated in 2012. Its purpose is to raise awareness of the challenges encountered by non-binary individuals, spotlight their experiences, and celebrate the vast diversity within the community. The date was selected as the midpoint between International Men’s and Women’s Days. This day serves as a part of Non-Binary Awareness Week, which commences each year on the Sunday preceding July 14th.
