St. Thomas the Apostle (Feast Day)

St. Thomas the Apostle, celebrated on his Feast Day, was one of the Twelve Apostles of Jesus Christ, as documented in the New Testament. Often referred to as Doubting Thomas due to his initial skepticism regarding the resurrection of Jesus, he later affirmed his faith upon witnessing Jesus’ stigmata marks. The Malankara Orthodox Church commemorates his feast on three significant days: July 3rd (in remembrance of the relic translation to Edessa), December 18th (the day he was lanced), and December 21st (the day of his passing).
