Stephen Lawrence Day
Stephen Lawrence Day celebrates the life and commemorates the death of Stephen Lawrence (13 September 1974 – 22 April 1993) who was a black British teenager from southeast London who was murdered in a racially motivated attack while waiting for a bus. The day also seeks to raise awareness for racism in the United Kingdom.
