Utpanna Ekadashi

Utapanna Ekadashi is the 11th day (Ekadashi) in the Margashirsh month during the Krishna Paksha. This day commemorates Goddess Ekadashi, who was born out of Lord Vishnu to defeat Demon Mur who intended to kill Lord Vishnu in their sleep. This is a day of prayer and fasting for those of the HIndu religion.
