World Day Against the Death Penalty

World Day Against the Death Penalty is a day to advocate for the abolition of the death penalty. It raises awareness about the inhumane conditions and circumstances of people living on death row relating to mental health, trauma and drug associated issues. Multiple NGO’s and world governments including Amnesty International, the European Union and the United Nations support this day.
