Current online courses

We have two levels of courses: ‘foundation’ level courses that teach the basics for those new to the field, and ‘deeper dive’ courses that go beyond the basics to support an enhanced level of learning. 

Foundation Level

Contemporary Trends and Challenges in DEI

This course links current trends and challenges in DEI to broader work in social justice and human rights. The DEI space is rapidly evolving, covering complex areas of thought, scholarship, social discourse, and organisational cultural practice.

Introduction to Intercultural Communications

This unit provides participants with a foundation in intercultural communication concepts and strategies. By exploring the challenges and opportunities associated with cross-cultural interactions, participants will develop essential skills for engaging effectively with individuals and groups from different linguistic and cultural contexts.

Information Privacy Foundations

This course equips learners with a solid understanding of the fundamental principles of privacy and security, with a special emphasis on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) tools. It aims to build awareness of the importance of these principles in the context of DEI and how they can be applied to ensure the safe and ethical handling of sensitive data.
