Our recent start up is seeking a talented Software Developer and IT support officer to join our team of over 10 developers. We are looking for a Scrum Master who can help our business teams become more effective by having a deep understanding of the agile mindset, the Scrum framework, and the Kanban system design. The ideal candidate should have the required soft skills to communicate an agile mindset, empiricism, and continuous improvement with key stakeholders. They should also have experience working with non-software teams to help them work organized and productive.

Responsibilities:

• Help refine process where necessary, leading work to get delivered on time.
• Help teams monitor performance to improve their effectiveness.
• Facilitate interactions between development teams and business teams.
• Resolve issues that hinder the teams’ work.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to implement a scaled-up framework.
