PROPERLY MAP AND MEASURE YOUR DIVERSITY

Cultures aren't wedged in valleys or stranded on islands. They are now borderless, globalised and interconnected. We're intercultural.

Why use Diversity Atlas

Diversity Atlas was developed to help companies build strategies to advance performance, inclusivity and wellbeing in the workplace using the world’s highest quality and most detailed cultural data.

In collaboration with academics, subject matter experts and partners, in 2016, we began research and development to develop a platform that can measure diversity in all its complexity and intersectionality. We created the world's first diversity data-analytics tool that provides any organisation with a secure and easy way to measure, report, recognise and act on its unique diverse workforce.

Everybody counts

Measuring cultural and demographic diversity in your organisation gives you a thorough understanding of your workforce. Our data can be used to develop strategies to improve staff engagement and wellbeing, focus efforts, and to strengthen business outcomes and performance.

Research clearly shows that diversity can be a source of innovation, productivity and expertise. However, mismanaging diversity can impact team performance, create employee disharmony and result in loss of business opportunities. Diversity Atlas provides organisations and communities with the tools to thrive and unlock new opportunities in a diverse and globalising world, where everybody counts.

This will create an engaging, empowering and inclusive workplace where employees thrive. An inclusive culture needs inclusive leaders, who understand and get the best from their people.

Increase Engagement

Create an inclusive organisational culture conducive to cultural safety; this will unlock commercial benefits. An harmonious and diverse workforce will embody different perspectives and approaches to work. Learn how to manage cultural and demographic differences to grow; as individuals, and as an organisation.

Solve Problems

Create teams that leverage diversity of thought and include the perspectives of the customers and communities that they will serve. Research on creativity and innovation has consistently shown the increased value of collaborating in diverse environments with multiple perspectives and worldviews to solve problems and make better decisions.

Build a Good Reputation

Understand your diversity and encourage individuals from wide ranging backgrounds to work at all levels of your organisation to gain a reputation for being socially responsible. This helps attracting and retaining talent as well as relate more meaningfully with clients, investors and partners, as they will find value in engaging with a leading organisation that understands and acts on diversity matters.

Be Relevant

Perform better and be more competitive by adapting your products and services to better serve local needs, personalising your marketing messages to be more engaging, managing local laws and regulations more effectively and understanding the competitive landscape better with relevant local knowledge.

Grow Productivity

As staff, customers, partners and investors increasingly care about diversity, research finds that companies in the top quartile for gender or ethnic diversity are more likely to have financial returns above their national industry medians. Companies in the bottom quartile in these dimensions are statistically less likely to achieve above-average returns.
