About Diversity Atlas

Diversity Atlas, by Cultural Infusion was developed to tackle an area that was analytically neglected and in need of robust understanding. It is the world’s leading diversity data analytics platform, from 7 years of R&D. We work with clients small and large. Our largest is AWS, who recently announced their strategic partnership with Diversity Atlas, with the launch of their Inclusion playbook, featuring Diversity Atlas.

About this role

Be a Thought Leader in diversity data Marketing:

As our Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be the architect of Diversity Atlas’ global marketing strategy. You’ll be part of a passionate team in crafting a compelling brand narrative, driving market engagement, and establishing Diversity Atlas as the preeminent solution for fostering inclusive workplaces. Key responsibilities:

 

· Build and drive the marketing strategy, to develop the brand and grow the business

· Develop and implement digital marketing and lead generation strategies

· Regularly review reporting platforms such as; Google Analytics, Social media channels, CRM and other paid channels

· Create, implement and manage customer communication across marketing channels

· Build, generate and develop effective and achievable content plans, both ongoing and ad hoc with campaigns across multiple channels

· Monitor results, analyse and optimise and test new strategies that focus on lead generation

· Able to develop a strong product knowledge of Diversity Atlas and the value it brings to the marketplace, and it’s transformational potential.

· Strategic thinking – what other possibilities may there be to grow our brand?

· Adaptive, flexible and responsive, working in a fast paced start-up environment with clients around the globe.

What we are looking for:

· Marketing degree or equivalent industry experience, ideally in a B2C e-commerce environment

· Strong understanding of social platforms and social/influencer marketing

· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

· Leadership experience, in a fast paced environment

· Ability to set and achieve strategic objectives and targets

· Team player with strong attention-to-detail

· Great time management and prioritisation skills

· Initiative and decisive, collaborative, with ability to be autonomous and focused
