What If People Don’t Want To Participate?

It is up to the organisations who intend to use Diversity Atlas to encourage staff participation. We recommend that use of the tool be seen as a positive action taken by an organisation, ensuring a healthy, positive and productive work culture; one in which staff / members are confident in bringing their whole-self to work.
