Why Do You Ask About Appearance?

We believe it’s important to ask survey respondents about their appearance because, unfortunately, it is still one of the principle causes of discrimination. Understanding an organisation’s composition in terms of appearance can allow it to shed light on potential discriminatory practices in the organisation.
