Receive access to a ‘membership’ version of the world’s leading diversity data analytics platform (Diversity Atlas) to drive understanding and impact for your inclusion journey and ESG reporting.
About your Membership platform
As part of your membership, organisations above 50 staff will have access to a basic version of the Diversity Atlas platform that includes:
- A limited number of survey “tokens” that you can use across your team cohorts.
- 27 standard survey questions – including access to our datasets; the world’s largest commercially available datasets of culture.
- Easy access to create groups (teams) and survey tokens that your staff can use to complete the survey.
Individual members and small organisations can also submit a Diversity Atlas survey to contribute to a Membership cohort set of data, which will be published and regularly updated.
Members are also entitled to a 20% discount on the Premium Diversity Atlas platform.
What data does it gather?
Diversity Atlas gathers data across seven key pillars. Each pillar contains nuanced datasets the survey participants can explore. This then gives a valuable understanding of diversity and a survey experience that respects humanities rich and diverse attributes.

How can you use it?
- You can survey any staff in your organisation up to the limit of your Membership package.
- You can produce reports from the platform and use the dashboard’s numerous insights into the rich diversity in your teams.
- The data gathered can inform not just compliance reporting (eg: ESG) but also data driven actions, talent acquisition and retention plans, DEI initiatives, ERG validation and/or inspiration and plenty more to help with any number of objectives and your inclusion journey.
